TV Tony (Aerial Man)

My problem was no tv reception that occurred during heavy/prolonged rain. Tony quickly diagnosed the faults and explained what remedies would be needed. He carried out the necessary work in minimal time. Totally respected my property and cleared all debris generated from the repairs. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Will definitely engage him again should the need arise.

Had Tony out today and very professional. All my issues were sorted and he explained everything. He kept in touch when booked and confirmed booking the day before to make sure I was still available. Highly recommend.

Called Tony yesterday, as my 84 year old mother has an issue with her TV aerial. Being a bit of a DIYer, I had tried to fix the problem but had no luck, it was too complex. I rang Tony on the off chance he could come out while I was at my mother's house. He arrived an hour or so later and with his superior knowledge and sophisticated tools he was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue, using parts he had available in his van. All three TV's in my mother's house now have 100% signal strength. Great service at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Tony.

Tony came round within a couple of days of me contacting him, diagnosed the issue promptly, advised me of all the options and was incredibly efficient in sorting out my new aerial connection - as well as explaining the various issues and vagaries of my system. Thoroughly nice bloke too, wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others.

Excellent service. Diagnosed the fault within a few minutes and sorted the fault out within 30 minutes. Two TVs had no signal strength or quality before Tony came and both now have 100% for each factor. Great value for money and the solution selected was the lowest priced one on his menu of costs. Tony responded to our request for help and guidance within hours, arranged a visit for the next day and waited patiently for us to return home, we having been slightly delayed. Excellent service today. Arrived on time, took a look around, tested my old sky dish, which still works. Advised me to use the sky dish with a freesat box, no need for a new aerial, Brilliant! Thanks.

My mum only had a few intermittent channels. Found Tony online and emailed him. He suggested what the issue could be. Called to book him in and arrived next day. Followed covid secure procedures. Investigated the cheapest option first but had to replace masthead amp. When next to aerial saw that it was damaged and replaced what was required. Checked tv signal was ok and waited for a retune before leaving. Gave bank details to pay and left in 1 hour. Very polite and explained everything he was doing and why. No Freesat signal for a week or so. Phoned Tony at 12. 30pm. He arrived within the hour! Problem identified (and fully explained to me), satellite dish repaired and signal restored - all within half an hour. A very reasonable price, too. Absolutely brilliant service. 100% recommended.

Rang Tony as bought a new BT youview box and receiving no signal. Within 3 hours of calling Tony had tv set up and picture working perfect. Made sure all 3 tvs in house were working and even managed to sort out next door too. Fantastic service, very reasonably priced. Definately use again.

What a service provided by Tony! Called him Friday-he was here by 10am Saturday morning, did the job, got us fully up and running. Absolutely no problem in recommending him to any one wanting to get started or who is having problems with their satellite installation.

Tony updated-improved our exterior fixed dish for Astra Satellite (we can view German broadcast channels! ) - he is adding a second "sensor thing" on dish so we can view French channels using same dish! - also making improvements next visit to our wall bracket and mounting post as this is v windy area. Very painstaking - always welcome.
